If you have started to have nap issues, this may help you, or at least give you some ideas.... The kids take two naps, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. They go to bed about 7-7:30pm and wake up 6-6:30am. First nap was about 9am and the second was about 1:30pm. They eat three solid meals a day and two snacks plus sippies. Well our naps started going very badly.  They went from 1-1.5 hr down to about 30 mins a piece with some very grouchy babies all day long. All my research at first pointed to them trying to drop a nap and just go to one. This seemed crazy though. They weren't even 11 months old yet, and tired as all get out! So I looked at our schedule very closely. Usually they had their snacks after they got up from their nap... but I wondered if perhaps that was the issue. So I pushed back their nap time by 30-60 mins and gave them their snack before their naps. Eureka! They started napping 1.5-2 hrs, plus they were happy and refreshed! So if anyone runs into this you may want to try giving them a snack before the nap (if you don't already).
